Return Policy Procedure
General Office Supplies: All general office supplies have a 15 day
return policy and must be in its original packaging. Restocking
fees may apply to items over $200.00 electronics and specialty items.
Some items may require approval before returning.
There are no returns allowed on food, medicine, dated goods, custom
products and special ordered items.
Technology/Electronics: Because technology can change so rapidly,
notebook PC's, multimedia projectors, PDA's, handheld computers,
and digital cameras can only be exchanged for the same item within
14 days of purchase. Printers, scanners, faxes multifunction, must
be returned in their original packaging with UPC codes and with
all accessories within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund,
exchange, or credit. Some returns or exchange requests that don't
qualify under the OESCO return policies may qualify for service
or repair under the appropriate manufacturer's warranty.
-Returns for quantities greater than purchase history will not be
allowed.
-All visible damage must be reported within 5 days.
-All concealed damage must be reported within 7 days.
-All shortage must be reported within 5 days.
-Defective merchandise must be reported within 14 days.
